Depending on the saison the costs per night for the house for up to 6 persons are:
High Season
from December 15th to April 30th including
- US$ 135 per night
Low Season
from Mai 1st to December 14th including
- US$ 120 per night
Overall
- once off charge for endcleaning of US$ 130,- (additional in-between cleaning can be arranged)
- Included in the rental rate is electric power usage up to $35 per week (or $5 per day). Our environment depends on our responsiblity to safe and conserves water and power. Therefore we ask you to keep the doors closed while the aircondition is running.
- the charges for water, waste management, cable TV, internet connection and telephone (local calls) are included in the daily rate
- all prices are plus 11% taxes (consisting of 6% VAT and 5% tourist tax)
- security deposit: US$ 350,-
